What is an interval timer?

An interval timer alternates fixed work and rest periods for a set number of rounds. It is the simplest way to structure any repetitive activity around time rather than counting.

This preset runs 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest for five rounds. Open it in the builder to change the durations, add rounds, or rename the phases.

How to use it

1. Press Start and follow the countdown for each phase.
2. A cue sounds as each phase begins and in the final seconds.
3. Open it in the builder to adjust work, rest, and round count.
