Speaking practice demo (example only)
This is an example of a ten-minute speaking routine expressed as a timed sequence: seven phases, each with a short note on what to do. It is a timer configuration only — not medical advice, and not a recommendation of any particular routine.
The site does not measure volume or record audio. Comparing how you sound is done by ear; if you want a recording, use your own recorder or app. The timings and notes are arbitrary, so edit them freely in the builder.
How to use it
- Press Start and read the note under each phase title.
- On a phone, switching to another app pauses the timer. Tap resume when you come back.
- Treat the phases as a starting example and edit freely.
