What is a Tabata timer?
Tabata is a well-known interval format: twenty seconds of high effort followed by ten seconds of rest, repeated eight times — about four minutes of intervals.
This preset adds a short lead-in and a cooldown around the eight rounds. Everything is adjustable in the builder.
How to use it
- Get ready during the lead-in phase.
- Alternate 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest, eight times.
- Cool down at the end, or edit the sequence to fit your session.
